Conditions for returns

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to cancel it.

COOPERATIVA POPULAR DE VENDEDORES AMBULANTES DE BARCELONA will make refunds and exchanges provided that the following conditions are met:

2) Products must be in perfect condition, unused and with their packaging in excellent condition. We will only accept products that are in perfect condition, with all their accessories and in their original packaging. If any of the above requirements are not met, the return will not be accepted.

3) The refund for any return will be the amount of the product(s) + VAT, this does not include the refund of shipping costs.

4) Shipping costs will be borne by the customer except in the case of non-compliance with the order (error in design or size). In the case of returning it to the store, the shipping cost will be 0.

5) We advise you to protect your item(s), since in the event of returns in exercise of your right of withdrawal, or due to defects that are not covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, you will be responsible for any possible damage suffered during transport.

Returns may also generate other types of expenses:

  • - Shipping costs
  • - Return costs (if applicable)
  • - Administrative or other expenses that may result from its return.

Once the return has been approved, the refund of the amount paid will never exceed the maximum period of 30 days.

Products with special characteristics and/or manufactured expressly at the buyer's request will not be eligible for exchange or return, except for those with manufacturing defects.
